MARKET FARM STALL

MARKET FARM STALL

WHY DO WE HOLD A MARKET?
For friends and families to visit residents and see what has been achieved by them.
For the public to witness the rich life that is possible for those living with an intellectual disability.
For Camphill Village West Coast to raise its profile and become a familiar feature of life in the Western Cape.
For Camphill Village West Coast to raise funds through the selling of its products.

Tractor-and trailer rides around the farm usually start at 1pm, and repeat at 2pm, and sometimes 3pm.
A bus tour of other parts of the village will be commencing in the spring. We will visit a group home, the Moya Health and Therapy Centre, and the Chapel. This is a tour for those interested in how CVWC operates, its home life, social and spiritual life, its philosophy, history and ethics. This is for those interested in aspects of community life, eco-villages and issues affecting those living with an intellectual disability.
Tours cost R10 per adult, and R5 per child.
